Free Clinic Community Program

The Free Clinic Community  Program is dedicated to improving the health of uninsured and underserved individuals by providing access to preventive healthcare services, regardless of immigration status. Our mission is to promote early detection, disease prevention, health education, and healthier lifestyles while reducing barriers to care.

Program Services Include:

• Free annual preventive health examinations

• Basic laboratory testing

• Mammogram vouchers for eligible participants

• Health screenings and preventive care

• Nutrition education and healthy lifestyle workshops

• Community health education workshops

• Distribution of healthy foods and nutrition resources

• Care coordination and navigation of available community resources
